Yoga and Mindfulness In Schools
Here at LiftEducation, we believe that mindfulness, social-emotional well-being and yoga is the key to teaching successful kiddos. We have to give our students the tools to help them deal with the stresses in life.
Research shows that kids need to learn from a young age to self-regulate, deal with stress, and to have a growth mindset. It is shown that yoga and mindfulness improves attention, compassion, emotional regulation and calms those who practice it.
We offer opportunities to bring yoga and mindfulness to YOUR school. One of our fun, fabulous kids yoga teachers will bring our bag o' tricks to you and your students. We have one-time yoga classes or your school can purchase a class pack! Rates are dependent on size and age of group of students as well as length of class. Interested?
Looking for a great guest to come into your classroom? We can create a mindfulness and wellness workshop for your students. This will be a fun and engaging event where we will focus on breath awareness, mindful movement, community connection, focus, creativity and relaxation techniques. We offer one-time classes or packages so that your whole school can experience these practices. Rates are dependent on size and age of group of students as well as length of class.
